All returns for purchases made in the store will be for store credit only. All returns for purchase made on the website will be for a full credit card refund, excluding shipping charges. All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and products must be unused an have original tags and receipt. There are no returns on saddle purchases. If you are unsure about the saddle size needed, please ask our staff about brands that allow for trial periods.
